The Contractor shall provide all necessary services and materials to deliver a fully functional and codecompliant manufactured building, ready for immediate occupancy. The Contractor will be responsible for providing NSU a weekly construction schedule, and operating within approved working hours. 2.1. Design Development and Permitting ● Review and refine the owner-provided concept floorplan into a complete manufactured building design, and coordinate with NSU for final floorplan approvals. ● The office space will not have any bathrooms or sinks, however permitting will be needed through the Nevada State Fire Marshal's Office. SFM Fire Inspector will need to conduct a rough-in and final inspection on the sprinkler system, fire alarm system and Fire Life Safety. SFMO will need to review each plan before the project begins. ● Prepare, submit, coordinate, and support all design, plan review, and permit applications, approvals, and inspections (pre-installation, installation, and final) with all Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs). Provide design to UNLV RMS/FLS and State Fire Marshal’s Office for plans review.
