D.1. General a) Respondent’s pricing in Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) must include all costs associated with Respondent’s complete solution, including all Licensed Software. b) Successful Respondent shall provide to CPA (i) all Software License and Related Services listed in Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet), and (ii) any Optional Features, Products or Services listed in Price Schedule 2, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet) of this RFO that are accepted by CPA. D.2. Requirements a) CPA will consider only Subscription Licenses for Redgate Monitor Enterprise edition as listed in Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet). 1) CPA requires Licensed Software pricing for CPA’s non-production environment and CPA’s production environment (see line items 1 and 2 within Price Schedule 1, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet)). 2) CPA requests Respondent’s Offer include pricing for additional licenses to accommodate future growth during the Contract Term; such pricing shall be included in Price Schedule 2, Section IV (Mandatory Price Sheet). b) Respondent’s offered Licensed Software must be compatible with CPA’s existing infrastructure, including, but not limited to: 1) Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Enterprise (64-bit), 2) Windows Server 2022 Datacenter (10.0), 3) VMWare Hypervisor virtualization platform, and 4) Windows service accounts whose access is controlled through Active Directory. c) Respondent’s offered Licensed Software must be configurable, commercially available off-the-shelf product(s) available through Subscription License(s) and must include, at a minimum, the following capabilities, features, and functionalities: 1) Redgate Monitor Enterprise edition Licensed Software: a. Accommodate monitoring of up to 40 virtual SQL Server instances; b. Support on-premises deployment; c. Deliver high availability architecture that enables load balancing and failover to ensure consistent monitoring operations across environments;
