• Purpose: The Richmond SSLC is seeking Golf Cart minor repairs, minor maintenance, and oil changes to Golf Carts as well as purchasing parts to be installed by facility. • Initial Contract Term: Any contract resulting from this IFB will begin September 1, 2025, and expire August 31, 2026. • Services to be performed: o The contractor shall be responsible for providing routine preventative maintenance and repair to Golf Cart that includes, but is not limited to: Oil changes and lube Tire rotation Work on brakes, suspension, electrical systems Other repairs normal and customary for maintenance of a commercial Golf Cart o The contractor shall be able to provide authenticity of all new parts. Parts will include but not limited to onboard battery chargers, batteries, brake pads, speed controls tires, seat belts etc. The vendor is requested to assist and supply equipment to load/unload vehicles in for repair.
