• The project is to supply and install light fixtures including transformers on the deck existing around the Treaty Oak at Jessie Ball DuPont Park, as well as electrical work for the connection of light fixtures. • Project completion shall be verified by the project manager prior to payment. • This project shall be completed within 90 days after receiving the official PO notification from the City of Jacksonville. • Contractor shall coordinate with Parks Project Manager, Parks Electrician for plan on locations of poles and fixtures. • The contractor must supply all necessary permits. • The contractor shall warrant all work performed, including materials and workmanship, which will be free of defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion of the project. • No ground shall be broken at the Jessie Ball DuPont Park for this project; no shovel may be put into the ground. All work must be completed above ground. • A pre-construction meeting onsite is required before beginning work. • Proper disposal of all existing materials being replaced or removed must be included.
