The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Mobile Monitoring Team (MMT) utilizes three Picarro G2920/PI2920 ethylene oxide (EtO) Cavity Ringdown Spectrometer (CRDS) analyzers for real-time air monitoring of ethylene oxide. These instruments require service plans to maintain MMT EtO monitoring capabilities. MINIMUM GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS The service plans for the G2920/PI2920 Picarro analyzers must meet the following requirements: 1. Each year, provide three yearly Picarro maintenance kits that include: i. Replacement CPU fan, ii. Stainless steel particulate filter, iii. Dust filter, iv. Replacement screws for instrument cover panels, v. Ball-point hex L-keys, and vi. An anti-static wrist strap. 2. Any repairs, health checks, or remote support must be completed by a Picarro certified technician. 3. Perform an analyzer health check with a comprehensive evaluation and tune-up for any G2920/PI2920 currently out of warranty. 4. 3-year extended warranty. 5. Factory repair. 6. Picarro compatible Field Replaceable parts. 7. Remote instrument support by Picarro-certified technicians.
