The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the equipment required to perform the annual inspections, this includes a scissor lift or man lift. All elements of the crane inspection shall be completed by the Contractor, to include operating and examining all cranes, hoists, and associated components during inspection checklist verification points. Inspected cranes passing the inspection will be labeled with inspection date, inspection expiration date, inspectors name, company name and any other items currently required by OSHA and CMAA standards and specifications. Each crane inspection will have an individual report record and all report records will be forwarded to MAWSS Designee via email upon completion.
