The Successful Offeror shall provide all labor including but not limited to physicians, technicians, supervision, materials, and equipment to provide on-site cancer screening and ultrasound cardiovascular screening to firefighters with Henrico County DOF. A. General Requirements All screenings shall take place on site within the County, at locations to be determined, or in the offeror’s mobile medical unit, on site within the County, at locations agreed upon by both parties. These screenings will be offered on a rotating basis, to be determined during negotiations and award of contract. The Successful Offeror shall: 1. Provide a comprehensive team of physicians, technicians, and equipment to perform and complete all required screenings. 2. Have the capability to offer multiple consecutive days for screenings to accommodate personnel rotating work schedules. 3. Provide esophageal screening. Esophageal screening will be completed as a separate screening and not with other screening to be conducted. 4. Provide cancer and cardiovascular ultrasound imaging or test results related to evaluations for cancer, at a minimum: a. Carotid Doppler b. Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm AAA c. Echocardiogram (Valve function, Heart Pumping Ejection Fraction) d. Thyroid e. Abdominal (liver, gall bladder, kidneys, and spleen)
