Lot 1 is 200 feet x 20 feet in area. Prep area by method of saw cutting and removing existing berm. Then remove all existing sub soil in the area, which is approximately 150 yards. After sub soil is removed, new dense crushed graded base to be installed. Approximately 200 tons. Once new gravel is finish graded, it will need to be compacted with 10-ton vibratory rollers. After gravel is compacted, area will be paved with 2.5 inches of dense commercial grade binder. 200 feet of monolithic berm will be installed on new parking lot. Twenty parking spots will be painted. Contractor must correct any ground disturbed during construction with loam and seed and left in a safe condition.; Lot 2 is 100 feet x 10 feet in area. Prep area by digging out and removing subsoil in the 50ft x 100ft area. Once all subsoil is removed, install approximately 280 tons of new dense crush graded base. Once graded base is finish graded for paving, pave entire area with 2.5 inches with new dense commercial grade binder and roll with 10 ton vibratory rollers. Line painting in this area for 10 parking spaces. Contractor must correct any ground disturbed during construction with loam and seed and left in a safe condition.
