The project involves the removal of two existing HTP Mod Con 850 boilers and their replacement with two new HTP ELX 800 boilers. The HTP ELX 800 is the closest match to the existing HTP Mod Con 850, minimizing the need for boiler room redesign. The contractor is responsible for the proper disposal of the old boilers and ensuring the new installation meets all industry standards. The City is asking for an extended 5 year warranty on both boilers. Contractor Responsibilities 1.
