Project Background: The City of Victor is embarking on this critical infrastructure project to design and construct its own WWTP due to challenges with the existing partnership with the City of Driggs for treatment services, including Clean Water Act violations and capacity issues at the Driggs WWTP. Scope of Services: The selected firm will be responsible for comprehensive services across the project lifecycle, including Preliminary Engineering, Design Engineering, and Construction Engineering. This includes, but is not limited to, wastewater characterization, process selection, detailed design and layout, environmental control systems, sustainability considerations, automation and control systems (SCADA), and ensuring full compliance with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) regulations (e.g., IPDES and Reuse Permits). The Selected Engineer will also actively collaborate with the City and the selected CMAR firm throughout all phases of the project.
