Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Control Management, Inc. is the only authorized source for service and sales of Siemens Building Control Systems. Dorchester School District Two hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source annual contract with Control Management, Inc. The District has Siemens systems installed at various locations throughout the District to include equipment, accessories, replacement parts, warehouse stock, software, and/or services. Other energy management systems are not interchangeable. The District intends to sole source these services to maintain a standardized system district-wide and maximize the initial investment.
