The software must have reporting functionality that meets the reporting requirements of the Rehabilitation Services Agency (RSA) for mandatory federal reporting including but not limited to the RSA-911, RSA-7-OB, RSA-15, and ETA-9169. The software supplier must be able to provide updates to the software to maintain compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
