Successful Respondent shall provide a cloud-based, SaaS Software Application Services or Solution that meets or exceeds the following requirements: a. Services shall provide ability for co-authoring of information from multiple source agencies; b. Services shall synchronize all information entered providing consistent figures. Narratives shall be automatically updated in real time including all related reports; c. Services shall allow for individual user level specific permissions, including full access, edit access, and view only access; d. Services shall thoroughly document all data changes, including what information changed, the time stamp and user ID of the user making the change; e. Successful Respondent shall include an annual subscription to LEASEQuery Advanced Platform Signature Package Subscription for Capital Lease Accounting Software Application including GASB 87 and also including a minimum of 1200 records. Pricing to be entered in line item 1 on mandatory price schedule 1; f. Successful Respondent shall include an annual subscription for an additional instance of LEASEQuery Advanced Platform Signature Package Subscription for Capital Lease Accounting Software Application including GASB 87 and also including a minimum of 1200 record.
