A. Take down and haul away the existing Albany Hall C East & E West overhead doors. B. Supply and install (2) 20' x 25' Hormann HDDD-3065 high speed black rubber doors, springless design, two (2) lite advance kits for communication, (2) NEMA 4 control boxes, 460V 3-phase, weather seals, hood and motor cover. This shall include a limited lifetime warranty on the curtain and 2-year warranty on mechanical and electrical components from manufacturer. C. The overhead door shall include safety warning lights that flash Red/Green when the door is in operation. D. Field measure and verification of actual size shall be done by contractor. E. High voltage electrical wiring done by owner. F. All low voltage wiring shall be done by the contractor. The existing “3 Button-On/Off/Stop” switches and housings shall be re-used. G. The quote includes a return trip to do a startup on the doors once the power has been run to the equipment.
