Scope of Work and Scheduling This project is at the Davenport Police Station, 416 Harrison St, Davenport Iowa. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor roof and roof associated work as indicated in the plans. The quantities herein represent the Engineer’s estimate of the amount of work to be completed. Actual as-built quantities may vary from bid quantities. This work requires the prime/general contractor to hold a valid City of Davenport Class A Contractor License in order to submit their bid. Contractors having submitted a bid, but not meeting this requirement, shall be considered non-responsive. The License/Account # needed is that shown on the invoice from the City of Davenport for billing for the license and typically begins with 920.
