Pricing should include removal of existing APC equipment and installation of all equipment included in the proposal. Installation should include all labor, wiring, software licenses and any other materials necessary to produce a fully functioning system. Wiring can be of the nature preferred by the proposer as long as that meets appropriate standards, electrical requirements and code. Fully functioning system should integrate with existing Vontas V8 hardware. User interface to access both the data collected by the system and system health and status should be easy to use and userfriendly. Please include pictures of interface and/or link to video that will allow the selection committee to evaluate this effectively. A warranty on all hardware, software, parts and labor for 3 years is required. This warranty does not need to include intentional damage by someone. Maintenance procedures should be included in the proposal. This should include all preventative maintenance guidelines and current costs of any parts that regularly need to be repaired/replaced. A cost list for replacement parts should be included in the proposal.
