A. Global E-PMO Services Requirements. The Vendor will meet the Global Requirements and provide the related Deliverables to support all E-PMO scope, e.g., templates, proper documentation and use of the document repository, meetings management and related documentation, proper meeting location, the Enterprise Communication Management Plan, and the DHS-approved methodologies/standards, processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities, and tools. B. Contract Administration. The Vendor will work with DHS to manage the contractual relationship and obligations between DHS and the Vendor. C. E-PMO Staffing. The Vendor will provide and manage staffing and staff augmentation services to align with DHS’s business needs. D. MES Portfolio Management The Vendor will implement and maintain the methodologies/standards, processes, procedures, and tools to support identified DMS projects. The Vendor will facilitate and coordinate to support the identification, selection, and prioritization of projects that support DMS goals and objectives. The Vendor will provide ongoing monitoring and reporting of DMS staff resource allocation and capabilities for projects within the DMS project portfolio. The DMS project portfolio will also reflect non-DMS projects that impact a DMS administered system. E. MES Project Management The Vendor will implement and maintain the methodologies/standards, processes, procedures, and tools to support all MES projects, which includes: i. Project management and software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. ii. Integrating and managing all MES vendor program/project management and SDLC processes, procedures, and tools/templates. iii. Planning (e.g., procurement), testing, and implementing (e.g., DDI) MES projects: iv. Providing project management staff for MES projects.
