A. Testing and inspection of: 1) Portable Fire Extinguishers 2) Fire Sprinkler Systems 3) Firm Alarm Panels and all related devices 4) Server Room Inergen System 5) Facility Owned Fire Hydrants B. All inspections and tests to be performed to the extent of the original manufacturer’s recommendation and in accordance with the current National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines. 1) The Contractor must possess a comprehensive understanding of the current NFPA Standards and Requirements in order to perform the tasks associated with this contract. C. Testing and inspections shall be performed by qualified and trained technicians. 1) Contact information, including a direct phone number, for technician(s) to be designated to this Contract must be provided as part of the Technical Proposal (see Section IX). 2) Designated technician(s) shall not change without prior consent of the Potomac Center/SETT Contract Monitor; technician(s) shall perform continuously for the duration of the Contract, for so long as performance is deemed satisfactory to the Contract Monitor.
