5. Contractor shall provide HVAC maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s preventive maintenance recommendations and the terms set forth in this Agreement. On a quarterly basis the Contractor will perform maintenance, including changing filters, fan belts, water treatment chemicals, compressor oil, cleaning rags, oil, grease, and refrigerant, etc. During the bid walk vendors must inspect the equipment and verify the list of equipment to be serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications. 6.
