The project will update the 2019 Water Facilities Plan using a 20-year planning period. The primary objective of this update is to evaluate the current condition, performance, and operation of the public drinking water system to ensure continued regulatory compliance, safeguard public and staff health and safety, and support efficient and sustainable system operations. This update will develop a comprehensive and prioritized Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) using identified system deficiencies, conditions, age, hydraulics, projected growth, and opportunities for operational optimization. Recommended improvements will be based on an integration of condition assessment data, infrastructure age, hydraulic modeling results, operational recommendations, and system performance findings. The plan will also address system capacity to accommodate future growth and changing demands, as well as recommendations on project phasing when relevant.
