Requesting sealed bids for Institutional Washers and Dryers. Bidders looking to attend the site visit (below) must complete the PREA/CORI form for each individual looking to attend. Department personnel require this information to perform a security clearance. Anyone found to be a security risk would not be allowed entrance. Forms can be acquired from Sharim Ramirez, sharim.ramirez@sdh.state.ma.us. Attendance must be confirmed by 7/28/25 @ 2:00 P.M. Individuals will be required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival on 7/29/25. Sealed bids for Institutional Washers and Dryers will be accepted by the Hampden County Sheriff's Office, above agency address, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
