We are looking to contract a traffic control company to setup and staff control measures for the RV’s that position off-campus and before we allow them to park on campus. Below is this season’s schedule, we would need the control measures in place on the Thursday morning (start setup at 7am) prior to the Saturday games. Attached is the plan that we used last season and what we will use again this season. This service will only be needed on Thursdays from 7am until about 7pm, nothing on Friday or Saturday. To give a better idea of how our RV load in day goes: RV’s start showing up on Terre View as early as Wednesday night, but mass majority will start showing up by 9am on Thursday. They line up following the map attached (Exhibit A) until be start the load in process into our RV 1 lot at 5:30pm. We have to wait until that time to allow our university employees to leave the parking lot. At that point, you can start to breakdown the cones and signage and pack up and head home.
