The Bidder shall own or control a renewable energy facility greater than 8 megawatts where power and PJM Tri Qualified (NJ1/PA1/MD1) RECs will be available to Buyer within one year of the Effective Date, or be the owner or controller of a site where a renewable energy facility greater than 8 megawatts shall be constructed, with a Commercial Operation Date (COD) within three years of the Effective Date. The facility must be within PJM or in a control area adjacent to the PJM service territory. Solar facilities must directly connect to the electric distribution grid serving Maryland. 1.1.1.1. As proof of meeting this requirement, please provide the following information, including: 1.1.1.1.1. A description of the Bidder’s control of the Plant’s site (own vs. lease). 1.1.1.1.1.1. If the site is leased, describe the remaining term of the lease(s) and any material conditions related to the lease(s). 1.1.1.1.2. Plant Description – Provide a high-level overview of the plant or facility. 1.1.1.1.3. Plant (project) Name. 1.1.1.1.4. Nameplate capacity in (MW) of the entire plant. If the plant has phases, then provide the capacity of the phase proposed in your Technical Offer (also referred to as “Technical Bid Response”). 1.1.1.1.5. Plant capacity factor. 1.1.1.1.6. If under construction, the expected COD, or if an existing facility, the date when the power and RECs will be available to Buyer.
