A. Contractor shall provide inspection, testing, certification, and preventative maintenance of medical gas source systems, including all items specified on Exhibit A-1, Equipment List B. Contractor shall provide services no more than ten (10) business days after receiving a request for services from DSH. C. Contractor shall provide all services in compliance with nationally recognized and industry standards set forth by the American Society of Sanitary Engineering (ASSE), the International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). D. Certification(s) Requirements: i. Contractor shall ensure all technicians performing services will be certified in The American Society of Sanitary Engineering’s (ASSE) Series 6000 Medical Gas Industry Standard for any medical gas system services they provide. Applicable ASSE Series 6000 Medical Gas Industry Certifications include ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Systems Installers, ASSE 6020 Medical Gas Systems Inspectors, ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Systems Verifiers, and ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel. ii. Contractor shall ensure technicians who perform services maintain active certification status. iii. Contractor shall provide copies of certifications for technicians performing services to DSH Contract Manager. E. Contractor shall provide maintenance services, including the following: Inlet and line filter changes on medical air systems, manifold operation check, compressor and vacuum pump operation check, vacuum pump oil changes, compressor dew point check, and carbon monoxide monitor check. F. Items covered by preventative maintenance shall include (but are not limited to) desiccants, belts, hourly meters, gauges, and regulators. G.
