The State of California Military Department will accept bids until 2:00 PM on 8/22/2025 from qualified bidders, who attended the pre-bid job walk on 7/30/2025 at 1:00 PM, offering to provide equipment, materials, labor, licenses, bonds and insurance required for the Construction of Building 279 Wash Rack 04 - JFTB located at Joint Forces Training Base, 11200 Lexington Drive, Los Alamitos, CA 90720. The Contractor shall furnish all notifications, fees, labor, materials, equipment, permits, and warranties necessary to demolish and fully reconstruct Wash Rack 04 at JFTB, including new pavement, vehicle ramp, drainage systems, utility service points, canopy, and bird control measures, in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards
