CONSULTANT shall provide qualified personnel to perform the function of construction inspection (including roadway and structures), Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduler, claims support, Office Engineer, field materials testing, and electrical inspection. These services shall include inspection services, field/office contract administration, and other services as determined necessary by the OCTA Project Manager. Caltrans will lead the construction management and administration of the construction contract and will provide the Senior Resident Engineer (RE), Structural Representative, additional inspection services as needed, and other functional support services necessary to administer the construction contract. CONSULTANT inspection personnel shall be assigned full-time or part-time as needed and shall provide assistance to, and work under the direction of the Caltrans RE. CONSULTANT shall also provide a fully equipped field office for all staff assigned to the project including Caltrans, OCTA, and CONSULTANT'S own staff.
