The City of Austin is seeking a vendor(s) to lead the creative development and production of a digital, interactive training for all city employees. The training aims to educate all city employees about reducing waste, recycling, composting and following the city policy on zero waste in city facilities. This e-learning project should be designed as follows: Will be completed by the average user in about 15 to 18 minutes User-friendly across mobile and desktop devices Features a moderate to high amount of gamification Incorporates some animation to illustrate key actions or concepts Includes a variety of comprehension checks and application of knowledge Employs Articulate or Captivate as the primary production platform
