The City requires Electrical Repair and Maintenance Services on an as needed and on-call basis. Due to the critical nature of the requested services, the on-call provider must be able to respond and perform emergency repairs to service requests twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week, within two (2) hours of notification from an authorized NOAB representative. All bidders are required to have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience working in a large complex facility such as an (airport, hospital, factory or Manufacturing plant). All parts and/or equipment replacements used by the successful Bidder must match existing parts or have received prior approval on equivalents. Replacement costs of parts, equipment, and supplies shall not to exceed more than a 15% mark-up from the supplier, distributer, or factory (back-up required with invoice).
