The Title V project, ”Validando e Impulsando el Talento de Adultos Latinos” (VITAL): Advancing Upward Mobility for Adult Learners (Title V), seeks a qualified consultant to lead the redesign of the Credit for Prior Learning and Experience (CPLE) process over a two-year period. The consultant will assess current practices, engage stakeholders, and develop streamlined systems that expand credit opportunities for adult learners. Key tasks include piloting revised workflows, integrating faculty and employer input, enhancing staff training, and supporting adult learner outreach strategies. The goal is to embed CPLE into all aspects of the student journey, accelerating degree completion and validating learners’ prior experience. Proposals will be evaluated on the overall cost-effectiveness and feasibility of the pricing and project schedule in relation to the scope of services.
