The purpose of this bid is to hire a contractor to provide labor to support the removal of existing & installment of new caulking compound throughout the seating bowl at Raymond James Stadium. Scope of Services; a. Contractor to provide all labor, which will operate under the direction of the Tampa Sports Authority, to remove existing caulking as further described using the material as specified. The joints to receive new caulking are the vertical and horizontal joints in each section of the seating bowl between precast panels starting at section 119 and rounding through the entirety of the west and north side of the lower bowl ending in section 143. There are a total of 9 control joints and 1 vertical joint in each section, b. Material, to be provided by the Tampa Sports Authority, to reseal the joints in are as follows: SikaFlex 2C NS polyurethane, SikaFlex 2C SL polyurethane, SikaFlex 15LM polyurethane for vertical joints. c. Labor staff provided by the contractor must have prior experience in caulk material removal and installation and be familiar with materials similar to those outlined in item b. Prior experience with concrete repair should be noted as well. All staff provided must be physically able to move about in the bowl seating area, climb ladders, work on scaffolding and perform all of the duties necessary to complete the work as directed by the Tampa Sports Authority. d. Contractor is responsible for providing their labor staff with all PPE as deemed appropriate for this work. e. Contracted labor is solely responsible for cleaning the work areas following their completion of an area, as well as, responsible if their work specifically causes any damage to occur in their area of work. f. Any additional concerns or unforeseen conditions uncovered during the repair should be brought to the TSA’s attention immediately for further direction. g. Labor staff will have access to parking and restroom facilities during their assigned work hours and be provided break times in alignment with the Tampa Sports Authority staff. h. The labor staff will be allowed to utilize tools other than those provided to perform this work if the tools are deemed appropriate and allowable by the Tampa Sports Authority.
