The City is seeking to acquire Design-Build services for a Design-Build project to provide design and construction services of a new permanent concrete single story warehouse facility with a footprint of minimum 6,600 square feet, located at the North City Water Reclamation Plant (NCWRP). The facility will accommodate the needs of both the Pure Water Facility and the North City Water Reclamation Plant that will primarily serve as a storage area. Work and Services required of the Design-Builder will include design, construction, and startup of the Project. The Design-Builder shall provide all management, supervision, labor, services, temporary facility, equipment, tools, supplies, and any other item needed to complete the design, construction, and start-up of the Project as described in Attachment A.
