There is no Mechanical scope outlined. All demolished materials should be categorized and waste logs provided to City Staff. Following construction, the pool deck and surrounding buildings should be cleaned of any dirt and debris and left in broom finish condition. Per the Specifications, an active C-53 Contractor’s license is required, and verification of pool experience will be required prior to entering into a contract with the apparent low bidder.
