Engineer along with appropriate staff required for Project inspection, source inspection, construction staking, materials testing, contract administration services, quality control, traffic management, safety, storm water quality, labor compliance, claims mitigation, document control and construction management. The Consultant’s Resident Engineer(s) and Structures Representative(s) shall be a licensed Professional Civil Engineers registered in the State of California, with strong general civil engineering construction skills, depth of resources, and sensitivity to local and regulatory issues. “Consultant” is the team providing construction engineering services; “Contractor” is the firm who is awarded the construction work.
