2.1. General Requirements, Contractor shall; 2.1.1. Ensure all work provided is in accordance with the following; the American National Standards Institute (ANSHI), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), all applicable State, City and County Rules and Regulations. 2.1.1.1. The Contract will be awarded by Region(s), see Exhibit 2 - ADCRR Regions Map. 2.1.1.1.1. Regions Offeror chooses not to bid on must be priced at $0.00 in order to be considered for award. PLEASE NOTE: Services for all institutions within each Region are required. 2.1.2. Pricing; 2.1.2.1. Provide an hourly pricing for vehicle lift inspection/ repair services to include the following, but not limited to; 2.1.2.1.1. All labor burdens, personnel, equipment, all permits, insurance, administrative support, transportation, vehicles, fuel cost, travel time and any/all other operating items of expense required to provide the services as identified herein. 2.1.2.2. Additional pricing for inspection services will be required (Flat rate). 2.2. Specific Requirements, Contractor shall; 2.2.1. Provide technicians who are qualified, trained, and have completed one or more of the following for repair services and inspection as needed, for stationary and mobile vehicle lifts: 2.2.1.1. Independent technical training programs i.e. trade school, vocational school, college coursework, etc.; 2.2.1.2. The contractor provided services and/or training programs. 2.2.2. Request written approval from the ADCRR designee upon receipt of a purchase order for a specified ADCRR institution, after the initial inspection, to proceed with the repair to ensure availability of funding. 2.2.2.1. Upon approval from the ADCRR designee, the Contractor may proceed with the approved repairs, with the approved related parts cost. 2.2.2.1.1. ADCRR will not accept mark-up costs on parts for repair.
