1. Be bound by all terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications of this solicitation. 2. The successful bidder shall only provide Veterinary Pharmaceuticals and Supplies for the manufacturers specifically identified in the response to this solicitation. There are no exceptions to this requirement 3. Include shipping/freight charges and surcharges in the unit pricing and/or percentage discount. 4. Provide a tracking number and require signature for delivery of all Scheduled and Class II pharmaceuticals. 5. Provide a tracking number and require signature for delivery of pharmaceuticals/supplies that require refrigeration and/or special handling. 6. Provide digital pricing via website/online catalog available at all times for County to review pricing. Price lists must be updated on a schedule that maintains accurate pricing on a consistent basis. 7. Quote based on list price so that a discount can be calculated through Palm Beach County Finance when printing the purchase order. 8. Provide responses to price quote requests within 5 business days of the request. 9. Honor price quotes for 14 business days regardless of date or time of the month. 10. Deliver all items in sealed original manufacturer’s packaging. 11. Ensure that all items have a shelf life/expiration date of at least twelve (12) months from delivery date. 12. Ensure that all perishable items shall be noted as such and packaged to ensure prevention of damage during shipment. 13. Ensure that all packages, boxes, cartons/cases, and items contained herein are free of contaminants. 14. Fulfill all orders without minimum size requirements.
