a) Regional analysis Successful Respondent will provide: 1) Demographic and economic data at the Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA), county, and zip code-level in Texas. 2) Provide demographic and economic data for all 50 state and all MSAs. b) Custom regions 1) Successful Respondent must provide the ability for users to create custom regions by county and zip code. c) Industry analysis 1) Successful Respondent must provide economic and workforce data by industry (2-digit to 6-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes), including number of jobs, average wages and location quotient.2 Provide historic data at least 10 years prior to current year. d) Demographic data Successful Respondent will provide: 1) regional demographic data by age distribution (including median age), race/ethnicity, and educational attainment levels. 2 Other preferred data points include median household income, per capita income, unemployment rates, and labor force participation rates. e) Economic impact analysis 1) Successful Respondent must provide economic analysis, including direct, indirect and induced effects.
