General Requirements: The contractor shall provide transportation services for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Missouri Schools for the Severely Disabled, in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein and to the sole satisfaction of the state agency. The contractor shall provide transportation services for one (1) or more of the state agency school locations listed on the Pricing Pages as specified on the Notice of Award issued by the Division of Purchasing. The contractor shall only provide transportation services for days the state agency school is in session. The 2025-2026 school calendar indicating such days is provided in Attachment X. For on June 1 every year after, the state agency will provide the contractor with the state agency’s school calendar indicating such days.
