The contractor’s lodging facility must provide, at a minimum, 40 beds in a single building or complex with semi-private sleeping accommodations. The contractor must provide, at a minimum, 40 single occupancy guest rooms for one personnel per room. The contractor’s lodging facility shall provide adequate bathing and restroom facilities for, at a minimum, 40 personnel. The contractor’s lodging facility shall provide separate sleeping, bathing, and restroom facilities for men and women. The contractor’s lodging facility must have adequate laundry facilities on-site for, at a minimum, 40 personnel. The contractor’s lodging facility must have, at a minimum, 40 parking spaces for regular-sized vehicles and additional parking spaces for the potential storage and maneuvering of box trucks, large command vehicles, and if necessary, for the erection of tents to serve logistical needs. The contractor’s lodging facility shall have Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) to allow for cooling of the contractor’s lodging facility as necessary due to weather. The contractor’s lodging facility must be accessible by personnel 24 hours per day during the prescribed lodging dates. The contractor’s lodging facility must provide a fitness center for personnel to exercise and maintain physical fitness.
