Highly integrated overall Program management will include, without limitation, the following: 1. assessment of existing Program applications, hardware, risks, and resources; 2. development of a detailed Program that includes, without limitation, an alignment of CDA technology capability that enhances the operation and security of CDA and its airports, evaluates and recommends application acquisition and/or development, hardware acquisition and deployment, development of an airport operations database platform including desired input, means of collection and processing, digital twin, ITPMO staffing, retention of consultants and provision of risk assessment reports and recommendations to support the activities of each of CDA’s units; 3. development of a recommended Program budget; 4. initiation and management of a Program schedule that integrates all aspects of the Program, including Program development and implementation, and Program budget; 5. implementation of Program controls that track both Program costs and Program schedule; 6. management of Program consultants; and 7. providing information to CDA managers that facilitates and informs risk assessment and decision-making.
