Daily Routine Cleaning: The following items include, but are not limited to the work that is to be performed: • Empty all waste receptacles in bathrooms, kitchens, and offices. Waste basket liners shall be furnished by the Benton Event Center as necessary for all waste receptacles. • Vacuum all carpets and sweep all hallways and mop entry tile areas daily. • Sweep and/or dust mop all tile areas with chemically treated mops. Wet mop or spray buff where and when necessary. • Vacuum and sweep office floors and dust as needed. • Sweep 10 feet out from front entrance • Clean, sanitize, and polish all bathroom fixtures (toilet bowls, countertops, urinals, sinks, and showers). Clean all glass mirrors and polish all bright work. Wash all toilet seats using disinfectant and leave seats in an upright position free of watermarks. • Replace all paper, hand towels, hand soap, as needed. • The Benton Event Center will provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. • Clean kitchen including prep area, equipment, refrigerator, and oven. Weekly Routine Cleaning: The following items include, but are not limited to the work that is to be performed: • Dust all furniture and vacuum upholstered furnishings. • Wipe down all kitchen fixtures (microwave, stove, refrigerator). • Clean all entrance doors’ glass • Clean all inside window glass. • Wipe down corners, baseboards, and door facings. Monthly Routine Cleaning: The following items include, but are not limited to the work that is to be performed: • Bathroom complete sanitization. Washing down walls, cabinets, fixtures, etc. with disinfectant.
