• Install a temporary construction curtain or barrier within Room 111 to separate office furnishings and equipment from the construction area. • Removal of existing wall between Room 110 and Room 111. • Relocation of existing customer service counter from Room 111 to the wall between Room 109 and Room 110. • Add wall to Room 111 where customer service counter was removed. • Relocation or termination of wall electrical and data as needed to support above improvements. • Patch and match existing room finishes (floor, wall, ceiling, etc.) as needed to support above improvements. • Remove construction curtain/barrier and complete post construction cleaning within the rooms and adjacent hallway impacted by construction activities. • Coordinate final inspection walkthrough with the County’s Project Manager and correct noted items prior to final acceptance.
