Dougherty County owned properties. • The Contractor’s bid shall include all necessary labor, materials, and all other items necessary to complete the contract requirements in accordance with the bid documents, special instructions, specifications, and all other provisions included in this invitation to bid. It is the bidder’s responsibility to visit the jobsite(s) and become familiar with the local conditions. o There will be 1 scheduled day for site visits to the Dougherty County buildings. Additional site visits must be scheduled in advance and be preapproved by Dougherty County Facilities Management. These will be a site-by-site request and will not include all locations. o A list of contractors to include date, time and locations visited will be maintained during the bid process until a contractor is awarded. No contractor is to arrive at any Dougherty County building to view the work without an appointment and a member of Dougherty County Facilities Management with said requestor. • The Contractor is responsible for field verifying the sizes and locations of all filters in all buildings.
