1. The Airport requires Airfield Electrical On-Call Maintenance Services on an as needed and on-call basis for the inspection, installation, maintenance, repair, and testing of electrical circuits, transformers, relays, and other electrical equipment for the Airport's airfield complex. Due to the critical nature of the requested services, the on-call provider must be able to respond and perform emergency repairs to service requests twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, 52 weeks per year within two (2) hours of notification from an authorized NOAB representative. 2. All parts and/or equipment replacements used by the successful Bidder must match existing parts or the successful Bidder must receive prior approval on equivalents. Replacement costs of parts, equipment, and supplies shall not exceed more than a 15% mark-up from the supplier, distributer, or factory (back-up required with invoice). 3. The Airport's airfield complex is powered by a 480-volt distribution system that produces up to 5,000 volts. The successful Bidder shall provide project references where the following tasks have been successfully performed: • Installation, repair, splicing and termination of 5,000-volt cable. • Installation of constant current regulators.
