Services shall be determined on a case-by-case basis. HHS Agency shall coordinate with Contractor all services required which may include but are not limited to: a. Transportation of the deceased b. Provision of casket or urn c. Embalming services d. Graveside services e. Crematory services Contractor shall submit with bid submission, on company letterhead, a complete list of all services offered, descriptions and pricing for Agency review and evaluation. Pricing shall be within industry standard range. Best value for contract award shall be determined by the following bid factors: a. Funeral Director and staff - flat fee per service b. Embalming services - flat fee per service c. Pick up and transportation of deceased to Contractor’s mortuary- flat fee per service. d. Opening and closing of the gravesite - flat fee per combined service e. Cardboard cremation casket - fee per each unit f. Basic economy grave liner price and material composition - fee per each unit g. Basic economy grave vault price and material composition - fee per each unit
