The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), an agency of the State of Texas, is seeking qualified vendors to respond to this Invitation for Bid (IFB). TDA is seeking to procure a vendor to provide Fulfillment Services such as packaging project items for mail-out and sourcing necessary materials for the Food and Nutrition Division (F&N). Services include, but are not limited to data processing, packaging, labeling, mailing literature. The services are intended to support a wide range of projects, including but not limited to, the following: the annual distribution of posters and support materials for the National School Lunch Week, and School Breakfast Week campaigns; statewide distribution of summer outreach materials such as door hangers, posters, yard signs, etc. and the distribution of brochures, stickers, clings and similar stock to schools participating in the Farm Fresh Initiative. Bidder’s will be required to provide TDA with the deliverables as specified in this IFB and as agreed upon under any contract(s) resulting from this solicitation.
