The selected vendor will ensure continuous and reliable support for our organization's network infrastructure through the GIGAMON BASIC SUPPORT service. This service will help maintain the efficiency, security, and scalability of our network operations. Scope of Work; 1. Base Year: 2. Provide 24/7 technical support for all GIGAMON products deployed in our network. 3. Offer troubleshooting and problem resolution services. 4. Deliver software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades as they become available. 5. Provide access to GIGAMON's online support portal for knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and other resources. 6. Ensure timely response and remediation for all support tickets raised. 7. Extension Options (Years 2-4): 8. Extend all services provided in the base year for each additional year. 9. Review and adjust the support plan annually to ensure it meets evolving organizational needs.
