300 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance system - standard bore 7.05 Tesla (300 MHz) Bruker Ultrashield magnet. The system is a single-bay AVIIIHD console with a room temperature solution NMR probe and solid-state NMR probe. The only peripheral units are the preamplifier, MAS unit, and two probes. The system is currently located at a facility owned by Isola Group located at 6566 W Frye Rd, Chandler, AZ 85226 Isola Group has a pallet jack for moving the magnet crate from the laboratory to the loading dock area. Isola Group has both a raised and ground-level loading dock and loading bay. The contracted supplier shall coordinate with Isola Group regarding the preferred dock for loading the magnet, depending on the needs of the freight company. The system received routine service from a Bruker field service engineer on February 25, 2025, and passed all specification tests. The magnet was professionally de-energized by a Bruker field service engineer the week of June 6th, 2025. Cryogens were NOT removed at that time, but no routine refills have taken place since de-energization. The contracted supplier must provide the charging rod for energizing the system. Isola Group does not possess this equipment, and it is not part of the system purchase. The contracted supplier must provide adequate crate/pallet components for the crating of the magnet. Isola Group does not possess the original magnet crate. The magnet power supply and other charging equipment shall be provided by the contracted supplier Equipment will be fully owned by Iowa State University at the time of the system move. Any magnet documentation or specification tests not provided here shall be provided by ISU or Isola Group upon request. Estimated current total equipment value for insurance purposes: $50,000 Pictures, technical drawings, and other facility information can be provided upon request
