Graphic Design Template Creation To develop a cohesive, branded set of graphic design templates in Canva for recurring CTCLUSI Education Department events and programs. These templates will be used to enhance outreach, maintain cultural and visual consistency, and streamline year-round communications. Deliverables The Graphic Designer will create customizable, editable Canva templates, delivered before the end of the year, for the following categories: Seasonal Branding Elements Annual motifs or iconography for: Camps Summer School (aka Fresh Air Camp) Experiential Education After School Program Healing of Canoe Program Back to School Recognition Day (Oct) Student Recognition Event / Graduation Event Promotion Print Flyers (8.5x11 and half-sheet) Social Media Graphics (Facebook, Instagram, email banner) Postcards / Mailers Poster format (11x17 or larger) Email Banner Templates (horizontal for newsletters) Camp Welcome Packet (cover page, headers, iconography) Event Agenda or Schedule (blank, printable) Graduate Certificate Template (completion, participation, recognition) Event Reminder Graphics (for SMS or email headers) Template Format Editable versions in: Canva Clear folder organization by event type Canva Brand Kit: Color palette, fonts CTCLUSI uses a (required) font for only language materials to accommodate special characters (attached).
