1. Vendor must have five-year experience with this type of service. 2. Vendor must provide ticketing system on a per ticket fee structure and provide all necessary hardware and software (including any 3rd party software) at no cost to Missouri State University. 3. The ticketing system will be an internet-based system maintained by vendor. 4. Ticketing system must be able to operate under major on-sale dates and performances involving the simultaneous internet, window, phone, and remote sales. 5. Vendor must provide high priority support for major on-sale dates determined by MSUTIX management personnel. 6. Ticketing software must work on modern, up-to-date operating systems. 7. Vendor will provide at no cost all necessary hardware and software for ticket scanning of all entertainment facilities to include Great Southern Bank Arena, Plaster Stadium, Hammons Student Center, Coger Theatre, and John Goodman Amphitheater. Also, off-site scanning at Hammons Field. 8. Vendor will provide at no cost all necessary hardware and software for “digital and text” ticketing. 9. Vendor will provide at no cost all the necessary hardware and software for online credit card processing. 10.No charges for comp tickets, including comps purchased online. 11.Vendor will provide unlimited licenses for all venues and remote locations. 12.All transactions and reports must be generated on a real-time basis with no posting of data necessary for up-to-date data. 13.The system must meet all requirements of university information technology and information security policies and procedures. 14.Vendor must provide regular and after-hours support for the software. 15.Vendor must have verifiable clients using their software in a similar manner to how it will be utilized by MSU. 16.Vendor must have a history of converting ProVenue data files and provide conversion with minimum disruption of MSU-TIX operations. 17.Vendor must provide complete training of MSU-TIX box office management staff in all aspects of the ticketing software, and training for future upgrades. This will include on-site visits to the MSU Campus. 18.Box office management must be completely satisfied with the level and thoroughness of training. 19.All patron and event files must remain the sole proprietary property of the university and under the sole control of the university. 20.Must be able to effectively train employees with limited computer or cash handling skills. 21.Must be able to ticket events held at multi-venues located on and off the university campus. 22.Must be able to integrate with our existing partnerships with VETTIX, TIXTRACK and FEVO. 23.Vendor will supply custom ticket stock annually up to $5000.
