− For efficient and economical performance of the contract the venue must be located within walking distance of the Newark Board of Education’s Central Office 765 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102, as employees will be traveling on foot from this location. − One large room to accommodate 10,000 people with a stage that can accommodate 50 people − One breakout room to accommodate 100 people − Multiple entrances for attendees to arrive − Multiple restrooms accessible for attendees − On-site event manager − On-site staff to assist with matters related to the premises (guest services; cleaning) − On-site staff to assist with audiovisual and technical matters − On-site staff to assist with security − On-site ticketing available − Audiovisual system − Minimum of 4 wireless microphones − At least one very large screen viewable by all attendees − 20 parking spaces − Access/location for school bus drop off and pick up
